Club Penguin Prehistoric Party 2013
After weeks of waiting, Club Penguin have released their first ever Prehistoric Party! You can dig for eggs and transform into different dinosaurs, buy clothing from pre-history or find the inventor of the Time Trekker, Gary, to receive his brand new background. New emotes have been added to the game that will only be available until the end of the party. Let’s get going!
To transform into a specific dinosaur, you must find an egg of that dinosaur in the Dino Dig game, which is pretty much the same as Treasure Hunt but is one-player and you’re digging for dinosaur eggs instead of rubies/candy canes. Walk up to this pit to start the game.
Do the same as what you would do if you were playing Treasure Hunt. Find as many eggs as you can. Here is a little tip if you didn’t already know this: if you see a series of sparkles around each other, dig those out. It may be lots of coins or an egg!
Once you have found an egg in Dino Dig, click the grey and black egg at top right of your screen. Click on your egg and then click Transform. You will now transform into the dinosaur that this egg belongs to!
To earn the Lava Flow igloo item that I talked about in my previous post, press ‘D’ in every hunting grounds. What are the ‘hunting grounds’ you say? To see what they are, open your map and see which rooms have a grey square on. These are the hunting grounds. Once you have roared in one of them, there will be a tick in the grey square. This is a picture of me (a Triceratops) roaring.
Once you have roared in all of the hunting grounds, the map will be brought up on your screen and you can click Claim Prize to be prompted if you would like to add the Lava Flow igloo item to your igloo’s inventory.
Once you have collected all 12 of the Dinosaur eggs, you can claim your very own green T-Rex hoodie.
This party has an items for everyone catalog. Access it by clicking on the grey book at the bottom right of your screen.
You can return to the present day by opening your map and clicking the ‘Go There’ button under ‘Back to 2013′
